These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getsynthetica.com and our phone line, and any services you get from Synthetica, a DBA of RC Ventures Holdings LLC ("Synthetica," "we," "us," "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Our services

Synthetica designs, sets up and runs AI and automation tools for businesses, including AI phone answering, missed-call text-back, booking and reminders, lead follow-up, websites and hosting, meeting notes, and custom assistants and automation. The specific services, prices and terms for a client are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

2. Using our website and phone line

You agree to use our website and phone line only for lawful purposes. You may not try to disrupt them, gain unauthorized access, scrape them at scale, or use them to send spam or harmful content.

3. AI assistant

Calls to our phone line are answered by an AI assistant and are recorded and transcribed (see our Privacy Policy). The assistant can make mistakes. Nothing it says is a binding quote, promise or agreement; only a written proposal or agreement from Synthetica is.

4. Information on this site

Our website describes our services in general terms. Examples and results are illustrations and do not guarantee any specific outcome for your business.

5. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the information and content you give us. You give us permission to use it as needed to provide our services to you. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for any information you give us, including your customers' information and consent to be called, recorded or texted where the law requires it.

6. Intellectual property

The Synthetica name, logo, website and materials belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

Our services may connect to tools from other companies (for example calendars, phone carriers, payment processors and AI providers). Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Disclaimer

Except as stated in a written agreement with us, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Synthetica will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our website or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim, or $100.00 if you have not paid us.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Synthetica from claims arising from your misuse of our website or services or your violation of these Terms or the law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
