This Privacy Policy explains how Synthetica, a DBA of RC Ventures Holdings LLC ("Synthetica," "we," "us," "our"), based in Texas, collects, uses and protects information when you visit getsynthetica.com, call or email us, or use our services. By using our website or giving us your information, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your business, for example when you book a demo or contact us.
• Calls to our phone line: calls to (817) 662-2886 are answered by our AI assistant. We record and transcribe these calls, and keep the transcript and any details you leave, so our team can follow up.
• Emails and messages you send us.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our servers log details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this data.

2. How we use information

We use your information to respond to you, schedule and run demos, provide and improve our services, send you information you asked for, keep records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI processing

Our phone assistant and some of our tools use artificial intelligence services from third-party providers to understand speech, generate replies and create transcripts and summaries. These providers process the information only to deliver that service to us. If you would rather not speak with our AI assistant, please email us instead.

4. Our clients' data

When a business hires Synthetica, we may handle information about that business's own customers (for example calls, messages and bookings) on the business's behalf. We use that information only to provide our services to that business, under our agreement with them, and we do not sell it. That business's own privacy policy applies to its customers.

5. How we share information

• Service providers: companies that help us operate, such as our phone, email, hosting and AI providers, who may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Synthetica, our clients or others.
• Business changes: if our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction, still protected by this Policy.

We do not share your phone number or other personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Text messages

We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
